1)Went to eat at Heavenly Hams with Jennifer, Joe, Chad, Pastor (???) I can't remember his name, Andy and his behbeh gurl , Hope who is very good at high fives.
2) Got the Rogue washed. He needed a cleaning after this pollen frenzy we've been having. Having a shiny car makes me feel AT LEAST 10 times more cool when I drive around. I'll probably make a habit of getting it washed.
3) Turned in my application at the St. Tammany Humane Society. If I can't have a dog, I can at least help out the ones who need a home. PUPPY LOVE!!!! I understand it will be a dirty job, but I've had to deal with human poo and vomit many times before, so I think I can deal with doggy business #1 and #2. I miss my dog, Missy, and I think this will kind of help out with that little piece of my heart that's gone now.
4) Went for a run on the trace Sunday and today. Sundays are packed with families on their bicycles. There is an underpass near the Mandeville trailhead where I leave from so you can hear all the little kids screaming with glee as they ride down under the bridge, and then when they reach the top again you hear "I'm tired! Can we stop?" Kids...
